Maps stay live, dashboards provide consistent insights, and the burden of server maintenance remains entirely off the table. ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0 marks the transition to the next generation of self-hosted web GIS. While there are several exciting new features coming to ArcGIS Enterprise, note that several application development platforms are retiring with this release. It may be worth considering holding off and ensuring all applications are migrated before making the jump.
